Video Release

By signing this form, I hereby grant Mr. Two Good Productions LLC, its affiliates, and its representatives the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to record, film, photograph, and otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and performance (collectively, the “Materials”) in connection with the production of videos and other media content. I understand that the Materials may be edited, modified, and combined with other content at the sole discretion of Mr. Two Good Productions LLC. I further grant Mr. Two Good Productions LLC the right to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform the Materials, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to, social media, websites, promotional materials, advertisements, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of the Materials and that I have no rights to the Materials or any resulting media content. I understand that this consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time by providing written notice; however, such revocation will not apply to any use of the Materials that occurred prior to the receipt of the revocation. By signing below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand the terms of this consent and release, and I agree to the use of the Materials as described above.
